In addition, Community Nutcracker hosts a Community Service Night performance and issues 2,000 free tickets to various Jacksonville
agencies and organizations to attend a performance of the Nutcracker Ballet. Residents and clients from area nursing homes and nonprofit agencies are also able to attend the ballet.
Not only that, Community Nutcracker further services our community by donating the proceeds from its production to other local non-profits. To date, Community Nutcracker has donated over $500,000.00 to support other local causes. Our main non-profit partner is Dreams Come True, a truly wonderful organization dedicated to using the power of a dream to bring hope and joy to EVERY First Coast child battling a life-threatening illness. We hope you join us to support the arts and to support other local non-profits.
